Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligibility: Students can request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if:

  • Less than 20% of course content has been accessed
  • No certificates have been issued
  • No downloadable resources have been utilized
  • No live sessions have been attended

Process: Email support@workpreneuracademy.com with your enrollment details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

2. 7 Interviews Guarantee Refund

Students who complete all course requirements but do not receive 7 interview opportunities within 6 months are eligible for a full refund. Requirements include:

  • 100% course completion with all assignments submitted
  • Minimum 70% score in all assessments
  • Active participation in career services
  • Professional resume and portfolio as per guidelines
  • Regular engagement with placement team

3. Partial Refund Policy

For cancellations after 7 days but before course completion:

8-14 days: 75% refund (minus processing fees)

15-30 days: 50% refund (minus processing fees)

After 30 days: No refund available

Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹1,000 or 5% of course fee (whichever is lower) will be deducted from all partial refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Course registration/enrollment fees
  • Examination and certification fees
  • Already attended live sessions
  • Downloaded resources and materials
  • One-on-one mentorship sessions already conducted
  • Third-party examination fees (NISM, AMFI, AWS, etc.)

5. EMI Cancellations

For students enrolled through EMI:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted to both Workpreneur Academy and the EMI provider
  • Already paid EMIs are subject to standard refund policy
  • EMI provider terms and conditions apply for loan cancellation
  • Interest charges from EMI provider are non-refundable

6. Course Transfer Policy

As an alternative to refunds, students may:

  • Transfer to a different course (one-time only, within 30 days)
  • Defer enrollment to the next batch (valid for 6 months)
  • Gift the course to another person (transfer fee applies)

Transfer Fee: ₹2,500 for course transfers or deferments.

7. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing course access:

  • Contact support@workpreneuracademy.com immediately
  • We will extend your access period to compensate for downtime
  • Refunds are not provided for temporary technical issues
  • Course access extension is provided case-by-case basis

8. Refund Process Timeline

Request Review: 2-3 business days

Approval: 1-2 business days

Bank Processing: 7-10 business days

Total time: 10-15 business days from request to bank credit

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@workpreneuracademy.com
  2. Include: Full name, enrollment ID, course name, reason for refund
  3. Attach: Proof of enrollment and payment receipt
  4. Wait for confirmation email with refund tracking ID
  5. Refund will be credited to original payment method
