1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Workpreneur Academy's website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment: Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access credentials within 24 hours. All course fees must be paid in full or through our approved EMI partners before course access is granted.

Payment Terms: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and approved EMI options. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

3. Course Access & Duration

Lifetime Access: Most courses offer lifetime access to recorded content. Live sessions are scheduled as per the course calendar. Students must attend at least 80% of live sessions to be eligible for certification.

Technical Requirements: Students are responsible for ensuring they have adequate internet connectivity and compatible devices to access course materials.

4. 7 Interviews Guarantee

Eligibility: The 7 Interviews Guarantee is available to students who:

• Complete 100% of the course curriculum
• Submit all assignments and projects on time
• Score at least 70% in all assessments
• Actively participate in career preparation sessions
• Follow all interview preparation guidelines

Money-Back Policy: If eligible students do not receive 7 interview opportunities within 6 months of course completion, they are entitled to a full refund as per our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including videos, presentations, code, documents, and other content, are the exclusive property of Workpreneur Academy. Students are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use materials solely for personal learning purposes.

Prohibited Activities:

• Sharing login credentials with others
• Recording, downloading, or distributing course content
• Reselling or sublicensing course access
• Using course materials for commercial purposes

6. Student Conduct

Students must maintain professional and respectful behavior in all interactions with instructors, mentors, and fellow students. Workpreneur Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for students who:

• Engage in harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behavior
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Share inappropriate content
• Disrupt learning environments

7. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of all course requirements. Workpreneur Academy certifications do not constitute professional licenses or government-recognized credentials. They serve as proof of course completion and skill acquisition.

8. Limitation of Liability

Workpreneur Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course.

9. Changes to Terms

Workpreneur Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
